Join RnR fit Gymnastics online gymnastics classes. The classes are conducted 2-3 times a week for beginner level gymnasts. The primary goal of the class is to build fit, healthy and strong children. Learning a Cartwheel, Forward roll, Back roll, Handstand, and lots more can be challenging and a lot of fun. To do these basic skills being fit and strong is the key. Our certified coaches will take your child step by step in building strength and confidence learning gymnastics skills. There is a lot of focus on strength and conditioning before attempting to learn a skill. Instructions given by the coaches are accompanied with a demonstration which helps beginners learn in the comfort of their home. Each online class has 2 coaches so every child can be corrected as well as applauded.
